Family transitions are rarely simple, and the people navigating them deserve more than a process. They deserve someone who genuinely understands what's at stake.
I'm Victoria, a Connecticut-based family mediator specializing in divorce and co-parenting disputes. My approach combines formal mediation training with a deep commitment to helping families reach agreements that actually work, not just on paper, but in real life.
I was drawn to this work because I understand, both professionally and personally, how much the stakes matter when families are restructuring. That understanding shapes how I show up in every session, with patience, without judgment, and with a real investment in helping both parties find their way forward.
My practice focuses on parenting plans, custody arrangements, and the financial and logistical decisions that come with separation and divorce. I work with separating couples who want to resolve their situation respectfully, outside of a courtroom, with their children's wellbeing at the center.
Mediation isn't about choosing sides. It's about creating space for two people to move forward and I'm here to help you do exactly that.
I believe how you separate matters just as much as the decision to separate itself.
Every session I facilitate is grounded in impartiality, respect, and the belief that two people, regardless of how they arrived at this moment, are capable of reaching an agreement that works for both of them. I don't take sides. I don't push outcomes. I create the conditions for resolution and let you lead.
This isn't therapy. It isn't legal advice. It's a structured, intentional process designed to help you move forward on your own terms.
I have watched firsthand how the court system handles family conflict, and I believe families deserve better. Not because the system is full of bad people, but because litigation is designed for adversaries. Most separating couples aren't adversaries. They're two people trying to figure out how to move forward.
Andori Family Mediation exists because there is another way. A way that keeps you in control, keeps the focus on what matters, and honors the fact that how you end something shapes how you begin the next chapter.
