For unmarried parents or separated couples who need a parenting plan or custody arrangement. No asset division involved.

Up to 4 sessions (6 hours)

Final parenting plan document drafted
One revision round

DEPOSITS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
These policies exist because mediation work extends well beyond the time spent in session.
Preparation, file review, document drafting, scheduling, and follow-up are all part of the service you receive.
The policies below reflect work already completed on your behalf.
Deposits:
All packages require a 50% deposit to begin
Remaining 50% is due before final document is delivered
Final documents are never released until payment is received in full
Refunds:
Cancellation before first session: full deposit refunded minus a $75.00 administrative fee
Cancellation after first sessions: sessions already held are non-refundable; remaining unused sessions refunded at $175/hour
Impasse or one party withdraws: sessions already held are non-refundable; remaining unused sessions refunded at $175/hour
Cancellations & No-Shows:
48-hour notice required to reschedule without penalty
Less than 48 hours notice: billed at 50% of session rate ($131.25)
No-show: billed at full session rate ($262.50)
Both parties are required to have a card on file prior to the first session.
Unfortunately, mediation is not covered by insurance.
Please note that the fee will be divided equally for joint sessions only
